Patrizia Garcia

Patrizia Garcia is a Materials Engineer with over two decades of technical and executive leadership in the plastics and processing industries. She spent eight years with Reduction Engineering in Ohio before co-founding Reduction International, LLC in 2006 alongside her husband, Carlos Garcia. As General Manager, Patrizia oversees all operations, applying her engineering background to drive efficiency, ensure quality standards, and support rotomolders with tailored machinery and pulverizing solutions.
