Safety Recognition

ARM invites you to take part in its Safety Recognition Awards. These awards highlight the importance of safety across our industry and recognize the rotational molder member with the lowest incident rate.

Many of you already complete OSHA Form 300A, the "Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses," each year. Send us a copy using 2025 data only. We keep all information confidential and never publish it in any ARM list. We ask only for data you already report elsewhere, so the award creates no extra work.

The award is open to every rotomolder member, regardless of location. It is not difficult for members outside the United States to complete.

Awards are presented in two categories: companies with fewer than 50 employees, and companies or branches with 50 or more employees. Individual branches of 50 or more employees may now apply on their own; a whole company no longer has to enter as a single unit. Please note which category you are entering when you send your form.

• Download Form 300A from OSHA's recordkeeping forms page. (Form 300A is the Summary page, on page 8 of the Forms 300, 300A, and 301 PDF. Return only Form 300A.)
• Email your completed Form 300A with 2025 data to info@rotomolding.org.
