Motoplast is a division of the Motoral Company, an importing, wholesaling, and manufacturing business serving customers worldwide. Motoral represents internationally recognized brands, supporting long-term, reliable customer relationships.
Motoplast specializes in rotational molding and supports customers across the full product lifecycle, including R&D, product design, prototyping, component sourcing, and manufacturing. Close collaboration with customers enables practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to specific needs.
Our in-house design team combines advanced casting technology with industrial design using SolidWorks, while AutoVue enables fast collaboration and review across the R&D team. This ensures strong compatibility with customer design tools and efficient development workflows.
Motoplast operates a fully equipped laboratory for plastics testing, including impact testing, melt index and dry flow analysis, particle size analysis, and density determination. These capabilities support both quality control and ongoing R&D.
We maintain a dedicated mould shop with experienced metalworking and machining capabilities, supported by detailed mould data files covering operation and maintenance history.
Production is carried out on four modern rotational molding machines, capable of manufacturing parts ranging from a few centimeters to several meters in diameter. Short mould change times provide high flexibility, and manufacturing and assembly follow LEAN principles.
