Tom Innis talks with two leaders who have built Flexahopper Plastics into one of the top rotomolding operations in North America, with an internationally recognized brand and customers worldwide.

Bill Spenceley molded his first part at Flexahopper in 1974 as a summer employee and eventually became its owner and president. A past ARM president, ARMO chairman, and Rotational Molding Hall of Fame member, he has been a leading voice for sustainability and international collaboration throughout his career.

Adriana Mercader joined Flexahopper in 2009 and became CEO in 2022, guiding the company to record sales growth and a reputation as a top North American rotomolder. She holds degrees in management, science, and business administration and has served on economic development and industry boards across Lethbridge.

Together, they offer a rare look inside one company across three generations of leadership.
