Air amplifiers can improve wall thickness in deep cores, reduce shop floor noise and air consumption, and give processors more control over powder distribution if they're installed and tuned correctly. This session covers the two main device types (air flow amplifiers and air flow nozzles), how they work, and what equipment you need to support them. We'll walk through case study data on device positioning, amplifier vs. nozzle coverage, and the effect of copper vs. stainless steel supply lines on exit air temperature.
