Melt index affects how resin behaves in the oven. This webinar shows you how. Four polyethylene resins, ranging from MI 2 to MI 20, were processed under identical conditions: 485°F, 15-minute cure. Each resin was run with and without mold enhancer. The results show clear differences in surface quality, thread definition, and overall moldability across the four resins.
